Dear Profs Popescu-Zeletin and Smirnow -

Could you please convey the following information to the
European Autonomic Networks community:

Special issues of two journals are planned, for appearance in 2005,
on Adaptive Techniques in Networks and Autonomic Networks:

1) IEEE Trans on Systems, Man and Cybernetics
2) The Computer Journal (British Computer Society)

Propsective authors are invited to submit a draft paper 
in pdf format for either of these, indicating 
the journal of their first choice, on or before
January 31, 2005 to
