The registration fee to attend the WAC 2004 is EUR 300,00 when paid before
10.10.2004 and EUR 400,00 when paid after 10.10.04 including on-site payment.

About WAC 2004 Registration fee
Participant's registration fee
includes WAC 2004 room rental, two
coffee breaks and one lunch each day of the workshop (18th and
19th of October); participants proceedings
(hard copy), workshop electronic
proceedings (memory stick), final proceedings (LNCS volume by Springer)
sent by post to the participant's address given above when
published after the workshop; participant's kit (WAC
program and the list of attendees);
two social events (reception on-site and
dinner in the heart of Berlin
City); processing cost and IFIP charges.
The registration fee to attend the WAC 2004 is EUR 300,00
when paid before 10.10.2004 and EUR 400,00 when paid after
10.10.04 including on-site payment.
Late (after 10.10.04) and
on-site payment: WAC 2004 Organizing
Committee will do its best but we can not guarantee
availability of hard and soft copies of
Participants proceeding for those who will
register late. We guarantee though final
proceedings
(Springer LNCS volume) for all registered
participants. We also advise all
to register before 10.10.04 to gurantee Workshop Dinner
reservation.
Verification: during
on-site registration only credit card payment will be
accepted. Your credit card will be verified at registration desk.
Receipt: You will be
given a receipt of payment at
registration desk. Please note, that we issue no invoices.
Cancellation policy and
processing fee: you can cancel your
registration until 13.10.2004 12:00 CET subject
to deduction of processing fee (EUR
35,00); after the above deadline cancellation is not possible.
Panel Participation
Call for Opinions:
WAC 2004 welcomes opinions from attendees on panel topics: up to three
slides in ppt or pdf formats have to be sent as e-mail attachment
to wac@autonomic-communication.org until October, 10th. Panel
participation is subject to time availability, WAC2004 policy is "first
come first served."

Accommodation and Transportation
Fraunhofer FOKUS recommends a number of hotels
with
special conditions for FOKUS guests, you
should contact hotels directly. WAC
2004 is not responsible for hotel room reservations.
Should you need a taxi you will be
able to order one at WAC 2004
registration desk.
